Forum communiqué

The forum communiqué is the major outcome of the REGA Forum.

In 2006, the conference delegates agreed that the stabilisation of the global climate is an immediate challenge that cannot afford to wait for the development of silver bullet technologies to reduce emissions and that long term signals are required to drive the development, adoption and diffusion of a portfolio of technologies required to meet future energy and climate change policy goals.
